What to do in San Francisco
What is the one must-do you always share with your out-of-town friends if they take a last minute trip to San Francisco?
Philz coffee, Waterbar, Barry’s Bootcamp
What’s your favorite thing about San Francisco?
The food, the people, the no judgment attitude & laid back lifestyle.
Where’s your favorite place to grab a drink?
If it’s a nice day, El Techo. Trick Dog has the best drinks, but my number one is Gino and Carlo.
Where’s your must-eat spot?
Bix, RN74, Boulevard, Park Tavern, Plow brunch, Causwells, Foreign Cinema, La Mar, Nopa
What’s your favorite hidden gem?
Southern Pacific Brewing, Don Ramon’s
What’s your favorite city and why?
Chicago- you can walk everywhere, the food is amazing, the people are polite, and the architecture is to die for. And Garrett’s popcorn… enough said.
If you had to leave town last minute and you could only bring 3 things, what would they be? Why?
Kindle because it isn’t vacation without reading. Chapstick because I would die without it. My phone so I could Instagram my journey & call my mom.
What’s your favorite travel memory or moment?
Flying to London on a whim to watch the 49ers play at Wembley.
One more thing …
What’s the most important thing travel has taught you?
“For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love.” -Carl Sagan
